Enameled pin for the Russian 1980 Olympics. Looking like an Olympic Medal Award it's silver and dark blue. I'm not sure what metal it is made from but better quality than most Russian pins. This photo is of the pin in my collection which looks the same but there it's more worn on the Olympic rings that hang from the bottom. I can scan a new photo if interested.
